The Iron Mountain ride offers a family-friendly route through forested regions and rural valleys. Summer months bring dusty gravel roads, while rainy seasons can make for muddy patches. Chainsaws or axes are recommended in case of fallen trees blocking the path.
Directions:
- From Chewelah: Head north on Sand Canyon Road, then turn left on Immel Road. Drive west for 2 miles and look for Iron Mountain Road on the right. Green Dot markers will guide you.
- From Addy: Take Addy-Gifford Road west for approximately 1 mile, then look for a four-way intersection to start your route.
